What is Power Manifestation?

The truth is that everyone is receiving messages from their Internal Guidance System (or "IGS" - sometimes called God, Spirit, the Divine) on an ongoing basis -- it’s just that we have not been taught how to recognize and interpret this guidance.

How the Manifestation Process Works

Mastering Your Energy Using The Internal Guidance System

You have your own Internal Guidance System located in your own body, and it has all the information you need to guide your thoughts regarding life decisions, large and small.

The Internal Guidance System communicates with you through physical sensations in the body -- oscillations of “opening” and “closing” that are felt in the area between the throat and the stomach. These sensations are responses to your own thoughts, letting you know if your thoughts are in alignment with what you want and what is on your purpose.

Thoughts that are in alignment with your desires expand your bodily energy, creating an “opening” sensation -- a feeling of lightness or expansion -- typically between the throat and the stomach. When your thoughts are leading you away from your purpose and your true desires, your IGS offers a “closing” sensation – an experience of constriction, tightness, and anxiety.

The first step to Power Manifestation is quite simple. Just recognize if you are “opening” or “closing” in response to your thought in that moment. As you become familiar with these different sensations, you can then choose a different thought in order to align your "body energy" with the energy of your desires.

The IGS is the most effective method to monitor, manage and change your body energy. It guides you in making choices and decisions that are in alignment with your true desires, your life purpose, and what you want to create. The IGS will move you beyond the limitations of your ego/mind and into a new realm of moment-to-moment connection to divine guidance.

Putting it All Together - The Power Manifestation Formula

While the IGS is the foundation in the Power Manifestation Philosopy, it is a component of the much larger “Power Manifestation Formula”.
